Shelves:

• Wire mesh type S.S. Shelve.

Insulation:

• 50 mm thick glass-wool insulation, all sides of the oven.

Door:

• Fully insulated door with gasket and heavy cast chromium plated brass hinges, with spring and roller type latch for effective secure seal.

 

Circulation System:

• Better uniformity of temperature inside the chamber, forced air circulation system with fan from top side.

 

Ventilation System:

• Very efficient and adjustable ventilation system is provided.

 

Heating System:

• Specially designed Black heat heating elements, made from best quality nichrome wire.

• They are fitted at bottom side and covered by perforated tray.

• The fresh air entering form bottom side is preheated and uniformly disturbed in working chamber.

• P.N. Avoid undue heating of material at perforation tray.
